Basically any fraternity aside from Lambda/ZBT you won't be considered a douche.

I've never met a ZBT that I thought was douchey...dorky, yes.

The two biggest douche fraternities are Lambda and Sig Nu and I don't even think it's close.

Don't rush based off of the stupid crap you read in this site. This place does nothing for anyone. Figure out which house you like/click with and rush them. Chasing status is pointless, but if you click with a "top house" go for it.

Lambda Pike and DSP are still THE top houses regardless if their Rush is with ifc or not

Dchi and sig nu round out the the bottom of the top tier but are rising houses

DSP and Pike are still top houses. DSP still had a pledge class and they still have parties all the time and basically function like all of the other frats, they just aren't associated with the school anymore.
And Sigma Nu has surpassed Phi Psi. For some reason the other frats don't like signu but they throw more parties, their members are better looking and less awkward.
