addressing stereotypes
by: MeToday on Greek Rank I read the comment "I lose respect for a girl who tells me she is in AOPi" Yes. There is a group of AOPi's who rub individuals the wrong way. That is 10/200 something girls. Do you really want to tell me you judge 200 individuals based upon the 10-20 you have met? I can say from personal experience I am nothing like that group of AOPi's. There are many girls who break their stereotypes, especially at Cal Poly. Be mindful of how you think towards sorority stereotypes. I view a person as an individual, their affiliation does not filter my first impression of them. Remember, everyone is trying their best.
