best advice to those rushing

It sounds cliché, but if you decide to go for it and rush, be yourself and go in with an open mind. You will hear a thousand different opinions and stereotypes about every house thrown around, but only you know which house makes you feel genuinely at home. People that write negative, cruel comments on here are unintelligent and have an agenda.

Being greek is supposed to be about creating this whole community of organizations united together, not about bringing each other down.

I'm a third year student here that's very involved on campus and I can assure you that I have met great people both in and not in greek life at cal poly, as well as wonderful friends in every single house from both fraternities and sororities.
