Idk about those posts. I honestly think if you're looking for a solid house that is welcoming and fun and nice and good looking, then I would pick either AOPi or Gamma Phi.. Maybe AXO too but they've seem to be trying to hard to be "top" and come off as fake. Chi O is cool too, just not the most fun or attractive.

i agree
sigma kappa and aphi undoubtedly have the top spot
axo is like almost up there but not quite
and middle is gphi aoii chio
bottom is kkg (they're still so new!)/theta/aephi
