AGR isn't even on campus now and is still listed. phi delt has been here 2+ years and still no mention of it. the people making it haven't been on campus for years now

AGR has a temporary suspension, we will be back Fall 2025! trending all the way up then!

This is a pretty true rank but I’ve had waaaayyyy more fun with some of the mid tier ladies and gents. The “top” houses just don’t feel as authentic. They’ve got a rep to protect and spend a lot of time trying to live up to it. The mids are every bit as “top” and just way more chill!
