frat fall rush top houses ranks/vibe 2024

snu dchi and lambda are basically interchangeable for being the best. It just kind of comes down to preference/who you know

1. Sigma Nu: snu has been getting a lot better over the past 5 or so years based off what I heard from older girls. I think snu had the best freshmen last year my friends either love or hate snu parties depending on if they are close with the guys. Guys can be kind of bro-y but they’re all fun. Surfy/fraty vibe

2. Delta Chi: dchi is really similar to snu. Basically what you think of when you think of a frat. Mvp is great and the guys are all super sweet. More of a surfy/hike granola vibe than snu but still fraty.

3. Lambda Chi: I think I’m just know less lambda guys. They are a great frat and their new house is super nice. I think they were #1 for a long time but the blackface thing really tainted their rep but they are coming back strong. Country/surf vibe.

4. ZBT zbt has really cute guys but most of the other frats don’t like them for some reason. Still interact with the same sororities as 1-3 but there’s definitely a big gap reputation wise. Surf/fraty vibe

5. DU du still mixes with the top sororities but it kind of seems like they are more popular with girls not in Greek life. They’re house is cool but super far but they always have drinks still a super good frat

6: Kappa Sigma ksig has been getting better but guys are a bit more hit or miss than the frats above. Throw fun parties
