This is the consensus fraternity rankings after the recent rush.
TOP TIER
Lambda- Rising like a rocket and cleaned up on fall rush. Lambda is obviously back and all the other fraternities are hoping to scrape to Lambdas crumbs.
HUGE GAP
Top of middle tier
DU, keeps getting better since their alumni built them a new house. Lots of jealousy from SN, DX, APhi Psi, Beta and every other house that DU climbed over to reach the #2 spot
BETA, surprising back to back Strong PC has now moved past DX , SN and Phi Psi
MIDDLE TIER
DX/SN trending downwards after back to back questionable PC
Phi Psi 3 bad PC in a row heading towards bottom tier if they can’t turn things around.
KSIG/ZBT
Lower middle
PHI SIG, AEPI, SIG PI
BOTTOM TIER
The rest.

Finally a REAL RANKING and not garbage from self ranks from DX,SN, DU and other forgettable fraternities.

I got bids from all those mentioned and I ended up at Lambda and it was an easy choice . The BEST looking group, the BEST brotherhood, the BEST sorority relations, the BEST Alumni networking.

if Lambda gave me a bid, I would be a Lambda, heck if DU my #2 choice gave me bid I would be a DU, wtf even my third choice DX passed on me and what hurt most my “sure thing back up bid AGR passed on me, thanks for giving me a bid SN
