Is it harder as a third year to rush?

Is it more difficult to get into top tier sororities rushing as a third year? Even if you know someone and had great connections.
Also what is a better choice DG or Kappa?

You won’t have a chance with AXO Aphi or SK. If you know someone You probably can get in anywhere else you want if you have good grades and Can put on a social face- DG and kappa the same… Kappas got a cool house in the right place
