frat rankings from a first year sorority girl

hey guys this is my opinion and guide on the frats for incoming freshman next year. be careful about the other posts cuz they are lambda accounts that can be misleading.

i would say these 4 frats are always somwhere near the top and it really just is a matter of opinion. snu is the fratty, pretty boy frat and dx is a more nice guy outdoorsy type vibe. those two have the best mixture of younger and older classes imo. phi psi is a melting pot and prob took the best pc, while lambda prob has the best older guys because of its history.

the first two are your more husband material nice guy frats that are on the rise. can’t go wrong with them. agr is the cowboy frat and has thrown some rly good parties but the probation made it harder for them.

ive been to some of these houses and they are all still nice guys, some can be a little awkward at times but honestly it’s rlly just a matter of preferences and some of the best parties have been here.
again this is all subjective and this is just a ranking I’ve made from being in a sorority and doing exchanges and hearing outside opinions.\n\n\n\n\n

Yes I am SURE she is from a bottom tier sorority. Top tier sororities like APhi would not be caught dead at DX, SN or Phi Psi. YOP TIER SORORITIES PRETTY MUCH ONLY PAIR WITH LAMBDA AND DU
