ZBT "pledge process"

Can someone explain what, if anything, ZBT does for new members? I know they don't officially have a pledge process but do they initiate upon accepting a bid? Do they mandate interviews or brotherhoods or anything to bond you with the other guys in the frat?

Not looking for ZBT slander, looking for actual info.

I heard they get initiated within 48 hours and they don’t have to do any traditional pledging stuff. One week later they act like they all know eachother but i know that theres bros in the same PC that still dont know each others names (4th year)
