dchi is not trending down and snu vs dchi for the top spot definitely depends on personal preference. snu is more fratty los angeles bro vibes and dchi is more outdoorsy athletes. i personally prefer dchi but a lot of girls in my house do love snu. lambda should be trending down but their spot is okay and controversial opinion but i agree with this phi psi ranking. zbt should be on the same level as du and then for the 4th tier beta and ksig are pretty interchangeable. finally i’d maybe add sig pi to the front of the 5th tier.

This is a joke. EVERYONE knows SNU and DX are below #1 Lambda. EVERYONE knows for a fact that Lambdas PC all had bids from both SNU and DX but didn’t want to join a middle tier fraternity when they had a bid from a top tier fraternity like Lambda. EVERYONE also knows that both PC from DX and SN were passed over by Lambda and frankly from what I hear the begging and grovelling by those PC was pretty pathetic. EVERYONE knows the true ranking is
