5. Whatever bottom tier frat they like going to bc they get special treatment

nah as a freshman girl who's been to every house here are my rankings (based on the parties/overall vibe and where people want to go)
1. DChi/ZBT
2. SNU/Phi Psi/Lambda
3. DU/KSig
4. Beta/AEPi
5. Everyone Else
this is also based on what i know other freshmen like but overall a party is a party we go to whoever tf is throwing. my personal favs are dchi, ksig, and beta. dchi definitely lives up to the hype their parties are the best and their guys are awesome. unpopular opinion but SNU is always boring.
