Frat rankings for incoming freshmen

Top: Lambda

Upper tier: Dchi, Snu, Phi Psi

Mid: ZBT, DU, Phi sig, AEPI

Lower tier: beta, sig pi, theta chi, alpha sig, pi kap

Bottom: FIJI

Everyone has their own opinions, but all factors considered I would say this is the generally accepted ranking. Don’t join a house based on rank, but it’s worth taking into consideration.

Lol nobody considers lambda a top house. Their annual blackface party was found out. They don’t even have a house. Lambda keep trying to stay relevant
