Bottom frat at poly?

Other posts seem to place Alpha Sigma Phi, Beta Theta Pi, Sigma Pi, Pi Kappa phi, AE Pi, AGR all in the bottom tier. I’ve heard from friends at poly that some of these aren’t as bad as they’re made out to be. Is there a fraternity at CP SLO that stands out as the most undesirable/unpopular/lowest in the ranks?
Nothing wrong with being in any of these houses if you are happy with your boys. Just wondering which of the “bottom tier” aren’t actually so bad and which ones are

i would say alpha sig. they are new and don't have an established reputation and they are under more pressure to find good sizeable PCs. pikapp is also new but i would say improved slightly more in quality since its founding than alpha sig. alpha sig bids any random weirdo who shows up to rush. so many weird guys and maybe 1 or 2 chill guys in their whole chapter lmao. maybe with time they will improve but bottom for now
