Best House on campus?

Im wondering what would be a good fit. I see alot of post about lambda/ du but ive heard alot of in person responses that are quite opposite. I heard lambda is declining in hype and that snu and dx n phi psi have great guys n that the chicks love them. is sigma nu top choice? or dchi? what makes them different

Lambda is on the decline. DChi is top. DU Is on the up and a close second. SNU is for a certain group of guys. Phi Psi is also an exclusive group that attracts a certain type. Other frats are mostly irrelevant.

D chi is not top everybody knows lambda and snu r way better then d chi and it’s not even close

Lambda is still top house regardless of how hard SNU and DX try. All top sororities still would want to pair with Lambda over any other other fraternity and that’s a fact no fraternity can deny.

You definitely sound like a geed and will have ZERO chance of getting into a top house. But you would probably fit in will the rest of the geeds at SNU
