Rushing a fraternity 2020
by: NewCpIncoming student and knowing there will be few but some online classes wondering if there will be any form of fraternity rush my first year.

Just proved the guys point. SELF RANKERS. no one takes them seriously. And their “mansion” is a poor mans motel a mile from campus. Also their guys r short. True betas

Lambda is too. Snu is on the decline and Dchi is a club. No real brotherhood. But their house is sick. But you can’t consider them a real fraternity, more of a housing club

sorry but lambda is the only one falling out of the three. after their incident they haven’t been able to fill a pledge class

Actually DU is a top house and have the only purpose built fraternity mansion. There were lower tier before they built their house but leap frogged all the fraternities except Lambda. All the fraternities they leaped over like DX, SN, Phi Psi, Pi Kapp, ZBT, ASig, KAnow fight over the rejects of DU
