I mostly agree with accurate!
Top is AXO SigKap APhi
Mid is GPhi and then either AOPi or ChiO idk which is better
bottom is Theta and KKG

but honestly all are nice with sweet girls I've met girls from each house who i like

Within each tier merely on what your personality is
1. Aphi and SigKap (top two houses if you ask any guy based on looks and how fun the girls are)
2. AchiO and GPhiB (any given year one may rise up to top tier based on pledge class, last year AchiO did very well!)
3. AOII and ChiO
4. KKG and Theta
