Who will take Phi Psi’s house?
by: Mustang NewsNow that Phi Psi has flopped, their house is up for grabs. I’ve heard Beta is looking into buying their house as well as AXO and DG. I could see beta taking it most likely, because its doubtful 8+ girls would want to live in one house (in addition to the mess). Does anyone know who might be taking over Phi Psi’s house next year? If Phi Psi closes where will all the losers end up., Phi Psi used to be the fraternity where if every other fraternity you rushed didn’t give you a bid or just ignored you so you would leave Phi Psi was the last resort and bid everyone that even walked near their sidewalk or you walked near there by mistake. Will all the guys Phi Psi used to take in just become GDI? (Although I hear 90% of guys who got rejected everywhere except Phi Psi chose to just stay a GDI)

That’s an interesting point. Thank you for bringing that up; I hadn’t considered any clubs or sports teams. It may still be a greek house though, just because of the high rents.
