Is it true DU is losing their house?

I heard the alumni that constructed the house actually cut some corners and thw city of SLO is condemning the property. Something about inadequate fire alarms and smoke detectors...Hopefully not true! But I did hear it from a trustworthy source, so it looks like DU and Lambda are falling further.
