THE TRUTH ABOUT FRATERNITIES
by: BRUTALLY HONESTMost fraternities at Cal Poly except two are just DESPARATE for members to keep from folding. THE FOLLOWING FRATERNITIES self-rank themselves up high but in reality bid EVERYONE that walks though their doors and it shows! Sigma Nu, Delta Chi, Phi Kappa Psi, AEPI, ZBT, KS, SIG PI are all DESPERATE for membership....Expect to see chapters like Phi Psi and Sigma Nu to probably fold by next year. Check out Delta Upsilon who built the only purpose built fraternity mansion, DU is one of only TWO fraternities that are actually selective and turn away rushes that might be interested in them but for reasons wont be a good fit. If you are just AVERAGE or BELOW AVERAGE in looks, personality you will probably have to settle for a frat like DX,SN or Phi Psi or any of the others DESPERATE for members to stay afloat. If you are EXCEPTIONAL in looks, personality check the most prestigious fraternity and one of only TWO that is actually selective (the other being Lambda Chi)to join the SOCIAL ELITE AT CP.

ΛΛΛΛSorry your fraternity was leapfrogged over by DU and you must now fight over their rejects.

Its TRUE I got bids from SN, DX, PHI PSI, AEPI, ZBT AND ZBT and DU, It will be obvious that DU is on a whole different level above any of those fraternities, SN,and PHI PSI bid losers guys we were sure would never get bids and the groveling was pathetic.

The ENTIRE DU PC gots multiple bids from EVERYONE of the following fraternities and more and decided to pass on them to join DU because there really was no doubt because they can’t compare. SN, DX, PHI PSI, SIG PI and other. Almost all of our brothers got bids from every house they visited.
To the Freshman the chive will be obvious when you compare. Do you want to be proud of your fraternity like all members of DU or be embarrassed to wear your letters because of the sketchy rep like DX, SN, PHI PSI

I also got bids from all those houses mentioned and I also picked DU. I am not going to say anymore but when you rush and compare it is a no brainer, DU is just in a different stratosphere compared to LOWER tier fraternities that try to SELF rank into the upper tier like SN, DX, PHI PSI and SIG PI,ZBT among others

SN isn’t all they claim to be, truth is they are lower middle with LOTS of sketchy members.

I also got bids from DU, DX, SN, ZBT and Phi Psi the choice will be obvious. DU is on a whole higher level than any of those houses
