The absolute BEST most prestigious fraternity with the best looking guys with the best personalities and is the most selective is Lambda Chi Alpha

The absolute WORST fraternity is Pi Kappa Phi, they have some really unattractive members that just creep girls out and and BEG anyone that walks though their doors to join.
