Not too long ago before Delta Upsilon built their new fraternity mansion they were considered bottom tier and on life support.
Thankfully because of wealthy alumni they built a brand new fraternity mansion and taking top PC every year since , making them a permanent fixture in the top tier.
There are a lot of jealous fraternities that Du jumpfrogged, these other fraternities used to look down and make fun of DU now fraternities like DX,SN and Phi Psi are fighting over the rejects of DU... my how things have changed!

Honestly the guys that couldnt get a lambda bid and went to DX, SN and Phi Psi are now making DU their first alternative

DU is FINE and better than DX, SNU, Phi Psi and that's a fact. And they are giving Lambda Chi some competition

I know for a fact most members of SN,DX and Phi Psi were seen groveling and crying when they did not get a bid from DU.
