what are the thoughts on cal phi?

I understand they are not a registered fraternity but how are they percieved on campus? I've heard there parties are the best.

Worst reputation by far. Literally a joke and will die out once their actual pike guys graduate

Y’all tripping. Rough around the edges. It’s a frat for guys that maybe could have rushed a top house but didn’t want to put the effort in/too sloppy and not in a good way. They party w top sororities if that matters to you. They do Vegas. Less organized, not looked greatly upon, still fun but fading I’d say. Lots of rugby dudes.
