TOP:
Alpha Phi - I know countless PNM's that chose Aphi over AXO. The girls in both are all amazing but as far as PC goes Aphi just pulled the best one. They needed this because they had kinda been going down the past few years. Best house based on looks.
AXO - Still the same great reputation, just girls felt they were much more artificial than the girls at Aphi. Another great house based on looks, but way too fake.
SK - Easily the most wild girls. Their just a little random as far as their new PC goes. Still easily one of the top 3 though.
MIDDLE:
Gamma Phi Beta - Got all of the cute artsy girls. Their house was a huge pull for PNMs. They got a great PC.
AOII - Very consistent middle tier. A lot of girls that got dropped from top 3 suicided AOII and didn't get a bid. They were very
selective this year. New house also much better than others.
BOTTOM:
CHI O - Really random group of girls. Definitely getting better but still not quite middle tier.
DG - Did WAY better than expected. Got a lot of decently cute girls. Having a house really helped them. Still not middler tier either but might pass up CHI O.
KKG - Girls are super nice. Decent PC.
THETA - Nice girls. Definitely trying to move up but need to change something up because its definitely not working.

Too many girls were down to AXO and EK and dropped Aphi. I know one that felt stuck with your house on pref when one of the two above dropped her but decided not to suicide Aphi and happily gone into the one she wanted.
Aphi is a good house but 3rd at best. Don't look in the rear view mirror because GPB is closing in. Both you and GPB dropped girls you wish you hadn't and got stuck with some you wish you hadn't.
APhi is solid #3. EK is solid #1.5. AXO is #1. But each house has their reasons to be proud as it was a great rush overall including your house. We will see how it shakes out in a year with all pledge classes.
