based on looks alone top PCs are

Alpha Phi
AXO
Sigma Kappa
Gamma Phi Beta


I rushed until pref night and these are my impressions.

Aphi somehow pulled the best pledge class ? Not sure how ? Guess they really highlighted those seniors. But they did really good
