attention incoming freshmen
by: DyeDontLieLook lambda is not that bad, definitely not top house, but you all should rush them. Idk if you all could tell but if you go on their rankings on this site you will notice a lot of self ranks. This is due to their desperate attempt to go back before their black face incident. Now there are better fraternities for sure. This list includes most active fraternities and a couple clubs (Cal Phi). But listen y’all should take this opportunities to hopefully get a bid from the fraternity who loves to really bash a couple watermelons. This mostly applies to those who seek a clean slate in college and had a terrible experience in high school.

Lambda IS the goal of the goal of the vast majority of rushers. Lambda Chi is also the most selective offering membership to less than 10% of rushers. Lots of bitter wannabes like the original poster that was obviously not given a bid.
If you are unattractive, out of shape, come from a really poor family, learned English as a second language, socially inept or a first generation of your family that has attended college Lambda Chi might not be a good fit. However there is a place for you look at any of the other fraternities that are not as selective. Comparatively Lambda Chi because of their long history is the only fraternity that has a competitive selection process. All other fraternities pretty much offer you a bid as soon as you walk into the door.
By all means if you have been considered “hot”” all your life you grew up in the best neighborhood in your city,your grades were top and you have a magnetic personality by all means rush Lambda Chi but dont put all your eggs in the Lambda aching basket because they only cream the best.

Lambda has the HOTTEST GUYS!!! Other frats just can’t compete in the looks department

I wouldn't want to join a frat that doesn't consider the hard work and struggles of learning a second language or integrating into a new country and judges PNMs for not having the privilege of being born with money. That's bottom house material

Thanks for copy and pasting this response for the thousandth time. Also for not addressing anything stated above. If I am correct you weren’t even above the IFC all members GPA. And you pretty much just described all Lambdas as shallow. So basically rush lambda if,
1. You’re White and speak English
2. Never worked a day in your life cause your parents pay for everything
3.gullible and believe that everything on this website is true
