Dean Spanos billionaire Lambda Chi Alumn just announced the Mustang Village complex owned by Spanos Companies will be torn down to build the largest fraternity complex in California. The USC Lambda Chi chapter who also counts multiple billionaire alumni including several members of the JOHNSON family from Johnson and Johnson are also planning a huge expansion. Lambda Chi has been the top fraternity at USC so this will further cement their position as the gold standard by which all other fraternities are judged.

Hi we are a group of 12 guys from SLO who have gone to school together since Elementary School We are all pretty good looking, surf, played sports, many were in Student government and had good grades and been living in this area for generations. Also a couple of us have hot girl friends that plan to be in a sorority and the rest of use can pull hot girls also!. We were wondering if we approached a top fraternity like Lambda Chi or another and told them we are only interested in joining if we all got invited as a group will they blow us off or accept us. We don’t want to leave any of our bros behind!

We have heard about you guys, Sorry we have already been warned about Phi Psi and told to avoid because you guys because you are like one of the worst fraternities there and have a lot of weird members.

I doubt lamb chops are dumb enough to write this. This is a lame attempt of something. Dean went to UoP. This will never happen. The link doesn't work nor does any search show up on this development larger than a sporting venue or practice center.
I thought it was 4/1 but this is lame even for that folly.

Spanos is not tearing down any of Mustang Village, the new Lambda Chi house is going in a vacant area of Mustang Village adjoins campus.
