In my opinion, two or three of those mid tier houses listed are better then the top tier. Top tier houses are good tho, maybe just trying hard to be like the trendy frat boys in the movies. My 2 cents.

Lambda Chi should remain a the top of the pryramid in their own tier. DX,Phi Psi/SN should start the top of the middle tier.

Lambda Chi should be at the top of the pyramid in their own tier. Sigma Nu, Delta Chi and Phi Psi are NO WHERE NEAR the level or prestige of Lambda Chi, those 3 should actually start the top of the middle tier.
