delta upsilon is the new #1 fraternity

I was just over at the DU house, DU the past two years has pulled the #1 PC, After looking at some of they early signees I can honestly say that Delta Upsilon has unseated Lambda Chi as the top fraternity at CP. wow what a brand new house and a few years can make!

I know for a fact that Delta Chi and Lambda Chi are losing rushees left and right to DU... how can you compete when they have the only real purpose built fraternity mansion and the best looking guys at CP. DU is the new #1

As a member of the top sorority at CP I can say without a doubt DU has become the top fraternity and every top sororities favorite fraternity,

DU is full of pale, balding guys who are way too pumped up about the wrong things.
