rushing as a junior

What are the odds of getting into a top tier house when you’re rushing as a junior? I’ve heard it’s a lot harder in general and getting into a top is almost unheard of. Help!

Some of the houses don't even take juniors for recruitment. Depends. If youre a cool girl and they like you I dont see why it would make a difference if they can take juniors
