After this fall rush will DU finally overtake Lambda Chi as the top fraternity at CP?. With their back to back top PC and moving into the first and only purposes built fraternity mansion has them on the fast track

The only thing holding DU back from being top house is about 8 real fraternities.

Actually DU is the ONLY REAL fraternity with a purpose built fraternity mansion ( house). ALL other fraternities members live scattered though various apartments or rental houses. Those are NOT REAL fraternities but rather Greek letter clubs, similar to ΚΚΨ the band fraternity. Sort of make believe wanna be fraternities NOT REAL fraternities.
