ALL fraternities need to accept the new reality that ALL sororities already know, DU with their brand new fraternity mansion and their #1 PC is in the top tier and after fall 17 rush WILL move ahead of Lambda Chi for the #1 ranking.

Since Lambda Chi has been the consensus #1 fraternity for years and frankly no one else is close they get first crack at the best looking, smartest, best personality rushees. if your not at the top of your game it could be difficult. They probably bid less than 10% of rushees that come though their door.

They don't even bid legacies....though when you think how selective they are, you'd think their gpa would be higher...

Phi Psi is not on the same level as Sig Nu, I'd say they're Upper Mid at best. And D U and AEPi are Mid Tier.

DSP and PIKE are no where near the same level as Lambda Chi. If Lambda Chi is the major league then DSP and PIKE would be considered minor league. Both those houses don't even rank in the top 3 they are middle tier at best.

^^^^true DSP and PIKE are not any where on the same level as Lambda Chi in fact they are not even #2 and #3 more of a middle tier house.
