Obviously everyone has different opinions but I think these are the general feelings of most people. Check them out for yourself though because different people fit in different places.

Pretty good, but I would consider Delta Chi the lowest ring of upper tier instead of upper middle tier. There is no way they would be in the same ring as Phi Sig or Phi Psi.

delta chi is for sure not on par with those other 3, no freshmen even know what delta chi is

Keep in mind these rankings are based on overall popularity and social status. It is almost impossible to tell the difference within a tier because so many houses are close in ranking.
