I think DU belongs in the top tier, they are the ONLY fraternity with a purpose built fraternity house. ALL other houses are individuals living in various apartments or rental houses. DU is the ONLY REAL fraternity the rest are really just Greek letter clubs like ΚΚΨ.the band club fraternity.
