delta upsilon is #1 fraternity at cp

After a second #1 PC in their brand new 7000sf fraternity mansion I think it is safe to say ΔΥ can be crowned the new #1 fraternity at CP. They now stand atop ΛΧΑ, ΣΝ, ΔΧ. Just 3 years ago this fraternity was on life support with a handful of members. I admit myself I never knew they exsisted. What a brand new 7000sf purpose built fraternity mansion can do along with now 2 in a row #1 PC, ΔΥ was able to bid the CREAM OF THE CROP, the Best looking (OMG these guys could all be models!) smartest they have a high minimum GPA for admittance, cultured seems most members have traveled the world, they come from wealthy family's, atheletic. There is a lot of jealously now because of what ΔΥ was able to do within 3 years. They went from being the bottom of the bottom tier with a dumpy small house to becoming the #1 fraternity at CP with hands down the nicest fraternity house which makes all other fraternity houses look like a sad sad joke, thereby jumping over EVERY SINGLE FRATERNITY at Cal Poly to become the new #1. ALL Sorority girls know this to be true now the fraternities just need to accept the new reality.
ΔΥ has become the most EXCLUSIVE fraternity at Cal Poly and ALL other fraternities will have to settle for the REJECTS of ΔΥ who don't meet their standards to fill their ranks.
