top house including off-campus

With recent events Greek life at cal poly seems to be all over the place. I've heard a lot of people say lambda is top house, but dsp and pike are never included in their rankings. To my knowledge they're still very much around and actively recruiting. If you include those two, how would the rankings then play out? Pike, DSP and lambda in top tier? What order?

Does DSP even still exist?... Are they actually recruiting??? And who in their right mind would want to join a dead end like DSP?

ALL off campus fraternities are considered the bottom of the bottom tier so it makes no sense to include them in rankings. It is hilarious that these BOTTOM IRRELEVANT fraternities of DSP and PUKE would rank themselves with ΛΧΑ the consensus top house. DSP and PUKE belong at the bottom.

Sig Ep is reportedly coming back next year.

There are several fraternities already tiered to come on campus in the next several years, approved by IFC/campus and their HQ's. If SigEp tries to come back, I doubt they would be recognized by the school because of this reason.
