Also I feel like with the recent addition of DTD, adding a new fraternity the next year is iffy. I think every two years is a solid wait.

I dislike it because I have a feeling campus is year by year trying to knock off top houses, knowing full well that new chapters that will bend over backwards for anything campus says are coming to replace them.

Having spent my freshman year at a large University where almost 1/2 the student body was Greek, we first need to engage CP admin or perhaps private developers to create a space for REAL fraternity and Sorority houses not converted private homes or apts. You REALLY don't get the true fraternity/sorority experience when only a fraction of your membership lives together. We should be building brand new houses that can accommodate at least 200 members. My freshman year at UA the smallest houses accomodated 200 members. It is hard to have a great brother or sisterhood until you all live under the same roof.
