@Ha Who is AXA? Alpha Chi Alpha is that a new fraternity? I have heard of ΛΧΑ and I know they are the consensus "top house" at CP.

I think this is right as long as you are only talking about the on campus frats! but pike and dsp will probably still always be top

I think DU has long been overlooked and with their new house and PC, I see them climbing the fastest of all fraternities. I am not saying they are top tier now but the type of guys they are pulling and the positive impressions they give to sororities I can definately see them breaking into the top tier soon.

I also agree we never thought about DU but with their new house and their large PC that have a ton of vgl guys they are definately on the rise. With this new core I hope that they can be more selective with each PC every year and who knows where they can top out.

I think the ladies have it about right. DU went from 5 guys to 58 in one year. They need some time to get organized and figure things out. I am one of the alumni involved in building their new house and they have a strong alumni team supporting them. We do hope that some day they will be a top tier house.

This looks pretty good. As a member of a top sorority and having friends in just about every house on the list I can give an honest unbiased opinion and would say the only change should be is DU should be put up to #3 or #4. With their new house and top PC they will challege for the top next year.

DSP will have to recolonize they will be last fraternity on every ones list. The first pledges they get will be the ones rejected by all 20 fraternities above them. DSP might have had a OK reputation before they folded but were never top tier. They like any new house will have to start from the bottom. All their best guys that made them middle to upper middle tier already graduated or soon will. When DSP recolonizes they will start from the very very bottom with the rejects of the 20 fraternities above them.
