Phi Kappa Psi - ΦΚΨ Fraternity at California Polytechnic State University San Luis Obispo - CP 3.0 Majority weird/awkward. This year during wow I met an extremely hot third year. Still kinda awkward, but hey, they have a few decent looking guys. Pledge class was literally all extremely socially awkward boys who can't hold a normal convo. Parties are lame, but have good alcohol!
