Without a doubt top tier. The majority of people at CP would say Lambda or DSP are top house. They're usually good-looking guys who treat women well and are a bit on the fratty side. But hey everyone could use a little frattiness in their life. Overall they're gentlemen who throw great parties and have an obviously strong brotherhood.

I'm a lambda lover what can I say. They're really fun guys and don't make girls feel uncomfortable at all. If you don't agree that they are the top house you have to at least acknowledge they're top 2.

By far my favorite fraternity on campus. Know how to have fun but still have a good image. The guys are awesome and they have such a strong brotherhood.
