They're usually good-looking guys who treat women well and are a bit on the fratty side. But hey everyone could use a little frattiness in their life. Overall they're gentlemen who throw great parties and have an obviously strong brotherhood.

They're really fun guys and don't make girls feel uncomfortable at all. If you don't agree that they are the top house you have to at least acknowledge they're top 2.
