All the guys are so sweet and nice. The new pc is HOT and second years are cute too! Parties are very fun and always have good music ( a lot of variation) with that being said DU is def one of my favorite frats to party with

When I got here they were literally the worst fraternity on campus. They had like ten members and were about to die out. Suddenly, a rich alumni built them a new house in an attempt to save the organization. This kinda worked in that they got a huge new pledge class of ambitious douches. These new guys forced out the old guys, taking the house and the fraternity for themselves. Don't trust them or they might stab you in the back like they did to their old members/alumni. They might have a cool house and occasionally throw some cool parties, but they are snakes who got there by betraying their own. You might think that because the newer members weren't there for this they are fine but you should remember that they were ok with joining a group of guys that did so or they are willfully ignorant of the history of the fraternity they joined.

The only thing accurate in this post is that DU was in big trouble and only had 10 guys left in the Spring of 2014 with 5 about to graduate. The house was not built by one rich Alumnus, instead over 175 of us donated over a 12 year period to get it built, and work on keeping the traditions of DU alive. Our first big pledge class, the 120th, did not force anyone out, nor did they stab the older members or the alumni in the back. We alumni have a great relationship with the active brotherhood and 100 of us meet up with the Chapter every year at Bass Lake. As Alumni, we took the first step by building them a new house. Now we are actively supporting them to try and establish a Fraternity that we can all be proud of.
