These guys need to spend more time on recruitment and making a campus presence. They throw awesome parties and are still definitely present they just need to do a better job at recruiting. With their house they will definitely stay top tier and known to campus unless they mess up on rushing guys :/

These guys are still one of the higher-tier houses, but they'll be dead in 3 years. They had a 6 man pledge class last Fall and they're getting desperate af for rushees this year since everyone else went Pike. Sorry guys, nice house tho

if you don't think DSP is still a top house then you have problems. DSP throws the most and best parties on camps. The guys are fun, attractive, and know how to have a good time. This is probably the only frat that i can actually enjoy myself at!

DSP was top house, is a top house, and will be the top house when they come back. they party hard, always have the hottest girls, and like 90 percent of the dudes in the house are ripped. if you dont believe the party presence they have ask any sorority chick.
