Their parties haven't been great since 2015-2016 school year. Bring back the big bashes. Thought they were on a rise my frosh year but they are starting to become lowkey IR w not a big social life.

honestly this fraternity is living off of their past success they are not a top house to me, I haven't heard of friends or anyone who really goes to dchi events anymore. Idk if this is true but if they are on sopro thats gonna make it worse

My rankings do the talking dchi just is very average in my eyes. Since being at Cal Poly, I honestly rarely ever hear of these guys, they def seem to be going downhill
