Never really felt the creepy vibe some people are talking about they have fun parties the only main issue is that their house gets packed and super hot just your very average middle house.

Super cool 2nd and 3rd years but a lot of their first years aren't attractive and some are kinda creepy hope they get better pledges next year

Classic middle tier house they aren't the cutest guys but they're really fun to hang out with and they throw fun parties with a nice house where I haven't ever felt uncomfortable

Beta is a lot of fun! Not the cutest guys, though they've been getting better recently. But at least they are genuine and I feel safe around them.
