Probably one of the bottom frats because most of the guys are not attractive and some are creepy. But nice group of guys in general and always throw parties

Can’t say too much about the brothers, as they arent very prevalent on campus, but I love a beta pi party! Spent a good amount of time there on halloweekend and had a blast. Good girl-to-guy ratio and amount of alcohol. Lots to do at their parties too, never awkward there. Some of the older guys are creepy, but the new pledge class seemed genuinely nice and polite enough. Not the cutest on campus, but decent. The basement does get excessively hot though.

I've been to a few events with them and as I can tell they are almost always creepy (to girls) or rude (to guys) to nonmembers. Maybe they are really close with each other but they seem standoffish to everyone else. I think they must have some real esteem issues by how much they self rank.
