-Pi Kappa Phi
-Phi Kappa Tau
-Sigma Alpha Epsilon
-Sigma Chi
-Tau Kappa Epsilon

Sororities aren't supposed to have houses recognized by the school so I doubt all their councils would get permission from nationals to give them houses. But, i am pretty sure all the sororities have regular houses in which sisters rent out together.
all the IFC fraternities have housing.
