honestly, don't listen to anyone. check out every fraternity during rush week at u-hour. check out the houses you like during rush events.

Top house on campus is TKE.

TKE is def not the top chapter! its better to be a GDI than a TKE, along with this two chapters just got put on social probation and one is possibly getting kicked off, if anything check out SAE or Phi Kappa Tau if you want to be in any kind of social scene.

^^very agreed, when a fraternity says they are top frat on greek rank it means they are definitely not top fraternity.
