From an outsider, it seems that they have a wide variety of girls when it comes to looks. the only constant factor are their leadership roles. many of their girls hold leadership positions in other clubs. some come off quiet, but all around nice down to earth girls once you get to know them.

They're getting better I guess. Kind of hard to tell though cause their girls are all different ... In both looks and personality.
