they were so freaking weird last year during recruitment. thought I'd post this now that im seeing all the rush stuff around campus. they're so awkward and I heard they're the new kids on the block so they're still figuring it out, but that doesnt give you the excuse to invite yourself to events and be party animal alcoholics haha. they're also way too judgmental for being the new kids on campus. like sweetie lets be a little nicer if you're trying to fit in rather than being judgmental and stuck up. Not all of them obvi but some of the ones I met are just rude. its like they just accepted a bid to be in greek life rather than being dropped.

This chapter is underrated. They’re honesty so sweet and fun. They are such a strong group of women in challenging majors. They offer a unique experience because they are a smaller chapter. It’s a shame that they are often overlooked during recruitment.

Chapter is falling apart, used to be the top with the best girls, they were always so involved on campus and working hard for their philanthropy. Now, they're going very downhill. The values of the girls aren't the same, full of cliques, they talk bad about their own sisters, care only about rushing girls as long as they're cute enough for their instagram and have some sort of substance, newest pledge class was given bids purely because they were pretty. With their senior class gone now, they aren't anything special. They do not work hard for their own philanthropy but will go to the ends of the earth to beat chi o @ derby days or paddy murphy.

Honestly this is the Top house with the best people. It's sad to see so many fake reviews out there by other fraternities. If you want to join greek, make sure you rush them. Don't let the haters fool you, these are the best guys to join.

Honestly they are not pleasant to be around and I think they should just close shop. Please don't join a sorority like this, you want to actually enjoy your time in collage.

ZYA has a lot of nice girls but they always bash other chapters during Greek week and think they are top house. They are the mean girls, and known for picking a certain look during recruitment. Only the prettiest girls in chapter are allowed to recruit new members. They are known as the party girls and raise no money for their philanthropy but love to help frats earn money for the boy attention. I think this chapter just needs a little work and needs to reposition their efforts

This chapter won first place for Greek week 2 years in a row known for their sisterhood and not bashing other chapters they are friends with everyone they are the “good girls” on campus

It’s tough being new on campus but these girls are so sweet! They truly have a strong sisterhood. In a few years I’m sure they will be top house.

I met a lot of great guys in this frat. I also met a couple individuals who seemed to think a little too high of themselves. Like the post below says, the fraternity possesses a lot of great values, but I got the impression that not all the members seem to adhere to it. There really does seem to be that alpha-male complex going on with a good number of the members which is a shame for the rest of the guys who are in the frat. Most of my friends in greek life either really love them or really hate them.
